Step one: Preparation is key.

This step can be completed in 15 minutes. At this time you’re presenting everything to make the cooking process easier. Cooking is so fluid when you have everything at hand and ready. Start by boiling the noodles for about 5 minutes then set it aside. Prepare your chicken by washing, cutting and seasoning it in a bowl. Vegetable time, wash the leaves carefully to make certain their are no bugs. Slice them thinly and set aside.

Step two: Get out the kitchen if you can’t handle the heat.

The cooking process is also very quick. Chicken breast and deboned chicken cooks very quickly. Set a large pot with oil, large enough to hold all the ingredients with enough space to mix. Start by cooking the chicken, adding the sauce, veggies and noodles and stir fry. In a matter of minutes you have a pot of Simple Homemade Chicken Chow Mein that your family will love or just you. This recipe serves one or two but the good thing is you can always expand it.

Step Three: the proof is in the pudding.

It’s time to enjoy the fruits of your labour. I ate this while it was piping hot and it was absolutely delicious. The flavour was simple and nice, the veggies were still crunchy and the noodles were al dente. I enjoyed every bite and so will you.
